Water Buffalo Dinner Topper

Our Water Buffalo Dinner topper is locally sourced from SG Cattle Company in Black Forest Colorado.  Why Water Buffalo instead of Cow? It is a very lean meat 0.5% - 2% fat content, higher in protein, iron, manganese and iodine.  It is rich in B12, B6, B3, and B2. 

We prepare this by cooking then dehydrating to make this shelf stable, this can be reconstituted by soaking in hot water, then cooled before feeding, if desired.
